Ben Cohen, M.A. Kripalu Yoga Kripalu Yoga is like an oasis, where we come to rest, relax, tone our bodies and drink from the cool and nourishing waters of our inner spirit. The Personal Awareness programs and sessions that I offer address teachings that go beyond the body to the mind and heart. They provide proven techniques to help us move beyond frustration, fear and unhealthy attachments, and learn to see the opportunities beneath difficulties. The word Kripalu means compassion, and through these classes and workshops we find compassion for ourselves and others .
